Here it is, Wednesday again and here we are showing off our crafty spaces to the world of WOYWW which is the brainchild of our hostess Julia who you can find at http://stamping-ground.blogspot.co.uk. Julia will give you all the details on how to join in.
Keeping my short this week so here is my desk:
I am just tidying away after several days of crafting (due to the snow and ice). From the left are some gorgeous images from Ignatio at Nicecrane Designs. If you love digital images and have not visited before, please do. Below the images are two beautiful vintage hangers by Melissa Frances waiting for me to do something with those images. At the front is a card for No 1 Grandson who is 11 in a couple of days and football mad. To the right are some dies cut from Tim Holtz Cabinet dies, large and small - alas, a failed project, but I cannot bear to throw them away...... To the left of these are some stamped images, from a stamp I won in a Candy give-away by the lovely Kath Stewart, a fellow Woywer.
That's it from me, will visit as many of you as possible and all those who visit me. Thank you to all of you who do visit. Have a Happy WOYWW! Hugs, Anne x
What a busy Grandma you are.... Don't forget to save some time for us. I will email you later with some dates for your next visit. We can't wait.

A busy desk as usual Anne. Those images are lovely and the hangers very pretty.
ReplyDeleteI can't tell what is 'failed' about those die-cuts, but you know better, haha. I have no doubt you'll still be able to recover and do something wonderful with them.
The 11 card is fab and your grandson will be delighted with it.
Have a great WOYWW. Mo :0) xx

You have some gorgeous projects on your workspace!
Busy desk, I think we all have some extra crafting time due to the white stuff. Hugs Pam x
ReplyDeleteThose hangers are cute, what are you going to use them for?? And I love the teal bluey greens in the tags too. And crafting whilst it's cold outside seems the ideal occupation to me - that's all I did as it was warmer upstairs when the heating was broken!
ReplyDeleteHugs, LLJ #37 xxxx
PS I don't think it matters to have squares of just fabric or what for the quilts...anything goes!
Hi Anne. I am sure your grandson will be pleased with his card. I love the the stamp you have won, and if you are thinking of throwing those Tim holtz die-cuts away, they are so nice please throw them my way!! Hugs Mox
ReplyDeleteWhat a super desk, so much on it that is interesting. Love the hangers and look forward to seeing what you do with them. Can understand you not throwing those cabinet die pieces out, am sure you will come up with something to do with them. Great football card!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Neet xx (thanks for visiting me earlier) xx 4
I am very intrigued by that hanger and cannot wait to see what you come up with for it. You always have the best ideas! Don't you dare throw away anything, you know you'll regret it later! Thanks for visiting my desk, waving hi from the hills of North Carolina ♥

ReplyDeleteThe Nicecrane girls are lovely, I have admired them on the site and have seen some wonderful work featuring them. Look forward to seeing what you create with them.
The postcard stamp just behind them looks like a fun stamp!
Hi Anne, lots of loveliness on your desk today. I love that cabinet die i cannot imagine that to be a 'failed' project. Great card for your grandson, and I love those hangers, i daresay you've checked out Tims blog and the hanging layouts he had in his booth. I'm going to check out Nicecrane, seen that mentioned a few times lately. Have a happy crafty week, toni x
ReplyDeleteinteresting desk as always Anne...love what you've done with that TH stamp...hugs kath xxx
ReplyDeleteYou have some gorgeous things on your desk, Anne. I love those bird cages and your football card is great.

Happy WOYWW
Hugs Lisax #60
Loving the direction your Nicecrane Designs images are going - can't wait to see them finished - and please don't get rid of your 'failed' pieces. Some of the best projects come from ones which looked like they were going nowhere and just needed a bit of thinking about, probably when you're not even thinking about it! Happy WOYWW, and stay safe in this weather, hugs Jenny #150
ReplyDeleteYou dont mean the birdcages are a a failed project, surely? I'm misunderstanding that bit. Really like the MF coat hangers, they go so wellwith those dear little images.
ReplyDeleteLots of lovely things on your desk, I saw your name pulled out of the hat for the TH goodies, couldn't have gone to a better home. I agree about not throwing things away, am sure you can make use of the bits.
ReplyDeleteHugs
