Tremendous Friend

Hello Friends

I really hope you are fairing well during this awful pandemic.  We are in our 7th week of lock down in our house now but we are doing our best to keep ourselves entertained.  David is spending time doing lots of things in our tiny garden and I have re-organised my craft room several times!

My Guest designer project this week for AALL & Create is something a little different from me, it is a shaker card.  Janet Klein has done sets of the most adorable little girl and boy stamps and I love this little girl with her butterfly friends and the fabulous sentiment.  I used Janet's AALL stamp set #299 - Tremendous Friend along with Autour de Mwa's Lotza Dotz stencil (#39).

I have a few pictures to show you the process, I am sure you all know how to create a shaker!

A close up to show you the fabulous sentiment...

You can find a list of worldwide stockists for the stamp and stencil I used HERE

I thought whilst I am here, I would share what I made in one of Tracy Evans's on line workshops at the weekend.  We used Eileen Hull's Notebook die by Sizzix along with Tracy's beautiful stamps.  It was great fun and I loved it so much, I made two!  I will definitely be doing more of Tracy's classes!

As always, thanks for your visit.

Stay safe and well.  Hugs, Anne xx

  2. Ooh your card is such fun, I love it! I have just bought that stamp set and some of her friend too. After seeing your card I am so glad I did! Love your books too, I have signed up for the class but couldn't do it live and haven't caught up yet as Darren's Dad died unexpectedly on Saturday and we are all upset and in shock! Take care my friend and stay safe. Hugs xxxxxxx

  6. Oh, WOW, you were so productive at the weekend class, Annie! How great that she is holding those. Your notebooks are first-class and I just love the bright and cheery colors! They have lifted my spirits this morning! And your shaker card could not be any more adorable if it tried! The background, colors, and the fact that you made it a shaker card to showcase that incredible little girl and her butterflies, just shows how amazing your imagination is!! Take care and keep on keeping safe! Hugs, Darnell xxoo

  14. Ooh, it's nice to have a wander. It's a while since I've visited your blog. I made a little accordion book with Janet's stamps a little while ago. The words on this set might just be my favourite. They were the reason I made the book to send to a very special friend. This is wonderful :-)
