Hello Fellow WOYWWers and Bloggers
I would like to say a huge thank you to all of you who take the time to leave me lovely comments, I do so appreciate them, it doesn't take much to keep this old girl happy but you certainly give me a big boost!
It is that time again when we take a peek at desks around the globe and see what each other is getting up to. If you want to join in then pop over and visit Julia at http://stamping-ground.blogspot.co.uk for all the information you need. It is great fun, there are some wonderful Bloggers out there, but it is addictive!
Short and sweet this week, as per Julia's gentle instructions - here is my desk (I took it late afternoon when we had sunshine - yay!) because I was not going to touch it again overnight:
You will see some Hallowe'en paper with die cut bats ready for making up, a birthday card for a relative, some mini Noel (TH die) Christmas cards that a friend asked for, some of my trusty Distress Inks, some Fran-tage and then the other usual glues, spray and implements that I have been using. Not too exciting but I left it quite messy. The weather was so lovely today that DH took me out for lunch and it was lovely, so no crafting for me today.
Looking forward to seeing your work spaces. If you do visit me I hope you will leave me a comment, I always do my best to return the compliment. Happy WOYWW everyone, crafty hugs from Anne x.
Hi Redanne. I so love visiting your lovely blog. When you're describing what you're up to, I feel we are having this wonderful discussion between friends. Love all your creativity and spirit! xo's Pam

Hi Anne,

Hope you are well and you certainly sound happy! Lots of loveliness there with your beautiful creations.
ReplyDeleteAre you going to Warrington IKEA next week? We could meet up for a free coffee and a natter if you are. JLMK! If you ARE going to Warrington the QVC shop in Birchwood is a must for crafting bargains and Mondays it is extra discount for seniors.
Must tell you that a friend of mine used to meet up with 3 or 4 friends in the IKEA cafe and take crafting and spend half a day there!!! No one ever minded or bothered about them.

ReplyDeleteHi Anne,
ReplyDeleteI think I've seen that Noel punch somewhere.... it looks GREAT! I love the other card on your desk also.
The weather warmed up a bit the day before I had to leave. I just wasn't quite so ready for frost on the ground. Today back home it's a nice sunny day. Yipee!
Thanks for visiting me already. Always love it when you pop over.
Hugs,
Kay
I like the pile of bats there. I noticed the NOEL cards right off the bat. That is a neat die and makes such simple yet elegant cards. I love the sweet piece right in front with the creams and the teddy bear.
ReplyDeleteLove the teddy bear card at the front and all the bats. I felt much better when I got home so you will be pleased to know I opened my desk and made a card - thanks for visiting me
ReplyDeleteI like the cream coloured card very much. Very productive even if you did go out for lunch. LOL

Hi Anne, I'm having a catch up, missed this yesterday... I love sneaking a peak at your desk and those little Christmas cards are so cute! carole Z X
ReplyDeleteGreat desk Anne, love all the things on the go. I watched another episode of Vera last night, can only get the first series so far. Can also only get the first series of Downton too, can't wait for more. I really do like a good, well acted, well filmed tv show, don't really mind the subject as long as it's interesting. Can't be doing with all that reality and celeb tv though!!
